Sun, Zhengjie (孙正杰) is an Assoc. Prof. of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Dr. Sun got Ph.D. Degree from Fudan University in 2018. His researches focus on scattered data approximation, numerical analysis, meshless methods for partial differential equations.

We focuses on the theories and applications of kernel-based meshless methods. In particular, we study the interpolation and quasi-interpolation schemes of radial basis functions, develop meshless structure-preserving algorithms for time-dependent PDEs. Recently, my interests are on the high-dimensional function approximation, numerical solutions for PDEs on manifolds.
